1. DETAIL CLEANING OF KITCHEN:

  A. Wipe lean exterior of cabinets, drawers and shelves.

  B. Cleaning of exterior of all appliances.

  C. Cleaning of all brass and / or stainless steel fixtures with appropriate cleaner/polish.

2. DETAIL CLEANING OF ALL BATHROOMS:

  A. Wipe clean exterior of cabinets, drawers and shelves.

  B. Cleaning of all surfaces of all bathtubs, showers, sinks, and toilets, to include glass enclosures where present.

  C. Cleaning of all mirrors.

  D. Cleaning of all brass and / or stainless steel fixtures with appropriate cleaner/polish.

3. Vacuum and edge vacuum all carpeted areas.

4. Sweep and clean all hard surface flooring.

5. Clean interior/ exterior of all window glass, to include frames, tracks and screens.

6. General cleaning of remaining rooms.

  A. Dust clean all doorjambs, baseboards, doors, walls, and decorative trim.

  B. Wipe clean exterior of all closets, cabinets, drawers, and / or shelves.

  C. Clean all switch plates and electrical outlet cover as necessary.

  D) All knick-knacks individually dust cleaned.

  E) All furniture hand wipe.
